I'll try to find it but I suspect I'll be rather unlucky since I've never heard of it before and I know the names of a large number of SNES RPGs I want to get my hands on. Wink

EDIT: just searched for it on ebay and all I'll say is ouch, not one copy under 25 Cry

It also has a prequel, called Soul Blazer (dunno the UK name), but it's not as good as the others.

Play Terranigma any way you can.  It's probably one of the RPGs ever made, ever ever ever.

I was -this- close to stopping my posts in the thread; it seems all anyone cares about anymore is modern FPSes and "mature" games targeted towards young teens Cry

I saw a PAL copy of Soul Blazer on ebay but that's also really expensive. Unhappy I'll keep an eye out though.

Personally I'll play practically any sort of game, whether it's a modern FPS or strategy game or older games like Super Mario World or Illusion of Time. I just enjoy gaming in general.

You might enjoy Geometry Wars.  It's my new addiction Big%20smile

Soul Blazer was the first game to be made. Then IoG and Terranigma. I didn't like IoG, but Terranigma was awesome (you'll have to download a translated ROM; the game was never officially translated).

I am currently playing:

Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (GCN)
The Witcher (PC)
Gears of War (PC)
Hail Eris!

Me and fellow forumite Shakespeare played a few rounds of Halo 3 today. Jolly good fun.

I plan to start playing Team Fortress 2 tomorrow.

Me, I won't be playing much of anything for the next few weeks since I'm off to the Finnish Defense Forces. Just as I was finally starting to get better in CoD 4!

Yeah it does exist but it's really rare and therefore really expensive, but not as expensive as some Sega Saturn games.

My Sega Saturn arrived in the post today. I've already got it hooked up to the TV and have given it a quick 'test.' Wink

Despite being a few years old it is in surprisingly good condition and looks like it was used once and then stuck in a cupboard for a few years. I've only got a few games at the moment and 2 or 3 of them are a bit rubbish but  I've also got a couple of great games too, just got to get a few more great games now. Wink

Too right, you. And I found an easter egg on campaign if you want to see it after.

Anyway, has anyone heard anything more about the FFVII remake for the PS3?

This easter egg was the funniest thing I've ever seen.

I need some suggestions.

I'm going to be Oblivion but here's my dilemma:

I have a 360 right now, and I plan to get a PS3 in the near/not so near future. The PS3 version of it has slightly better graphics and some additional quests, areas, equipment, or something. Do you think I should just get it for the 360, or should I wait?

But I like Morrowind and supposedly Oblivion is Morrowind only 9128912098129812398 times better.

Oblivion is Morrowind with out any depth or story but with graphics which are pretty until you make the mistake of looking in to the distance and then it looks like pea soup. If you really must play Oblivion get the PC version and mod the hell out of it.

I'm glad I only paid half normal price when I got my copy, I'd have felt cheated if I'd paid full price.

I liked it a lot. I have it for both PC and 360, and I never play the PC one. It's just so much easier to control with a controller.

Has anybody here ever tried I Want To Be The Guy?  It's a free game someone developed, the basis of which is to make you want to kill someone.  EVERYTHING IN THE GAME WILL KILL YOU.  EVERYTHING.  But if you beat it, you are truly The Guy.  It IS beatable, but it will make you kill the nearest pet.
