Actually Nirvana wasn't that bad. I actually like and respect them and Cobain a lot more these days than I did when he was alive at which time I thought they were crap.

Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

Umm no He can't, but this is like asking The Monkeys or The Trashmen. Sure I'm no Monkeys fan but it's way better than the alternative. How in the world could be Nirvanna be underrated. Kurt Cobain is still used as the quintiesstial rockstar (I mean people still say things like he's not Cobain or will ask you You wanna be like Cobain eh?) and it's closing in on 15 years ago.

And now in Guitar Centers across America, you can hear 13-year-old boys playing garbled renditions of various Nirvana songs and thinking that they're cool.

Possibly sillier than than the John Petrucci Vs God poll, except that at least had a really talented person that you could pick. The mind boggles as to whether Britney or Kurt were any better than each other, both appalling IMO.

One of my friend's is a huge conspiracy theorist and always spouts off the "OMG liek Kurt couldn't shoot himself with a shotgun!!!!" despite the fact that Dead from Mayhem committed suicide with a shotgun blast to the head (the aftermath of which can be seen on the cover art for the album "Dawn of the Black Hearts")...

mmm, seriously, there's no comparison. This poll is ridiculous.
And anyway, even as a companion I think Britney (not BRITANNY, that attempt to show you despise her is hundred years old...) loses the poll... did you see what happened to her last night? She had to be strapped down to a gurney... at least Cobain commit a classy suicide, not in front of the whole world.... |
Suicide? Come on, man! Everyone knows Courtney Love pulled the trigger!
