This morning my brother gave me Gone by Mono (it's a late Christmas present), this is the first time I've listened to them. I should have got one of their albums earlier, they're fantastic. Big%20smile

By the way, over at the Progressive Ears forum you'll find many prog musicians posting there. It's very common.

For all who haven't, check out Windmills by the Ocean! Instrumental post-metal. Very good.

Definitely tight.  It's kind of bland at times, more psychedelic influenced.  I got it on vinyl and it sounds very good.

Grails was added recently.  It has been listed as Psychedelic/Space Rock but fans of post rock should really like them.  All of their albums are worth checking out.

I have to agree - Burning Off Impurities was one of my favorite albums of 2007.

I also happen to have the Tulsa Drone and Caspian albums on that list - both favorites of 2007.
