Bioshock was great, a bit overrated but definitely a good game. I didn't quite understand the ridiculous scores and hype for it, it didn't hit me like it hit others I guess.
I found Heavenly Sword a much better achievement for this year. Now THAT was a "masterpiece" of gaming. If you have a PS3, check that one out, for prog fans and art fans especially, it is a feast of passion and artistic vision.

Sad, the disregard for Heavenly Sword, a game that took a team of ingenius artists and passionate people to make.
I find that Heavenly Sword has the best combat system of any ganme in its genre to date. Very deep, exciting and powerful, and it takes alot of time to master, so maybe this is why you have up on the game!
A beautiful masterpiece it was...can't wait for the sequel.
Same goes for Bioshock, but to a much lesser extent.

SA is AWESOME.I got it the day it came out through pre-order and probably played it for a year straight.I still have my first game on my memory card,which is at 100%.The biggest obstacle in attaining 100% was Zero's second mission(Supply Lines
 ).Some of the street races(the Vinewood race in Los Santos especially),were hard to win,because for 100% you need to place first in all of them.The school tests only require all bronze's for 100% but I am a completionist and got all golds in all tests in all the schools.Two test in the driving school in San Fierro took me forever to get gold medals in(Burn & Lap and City Slicking ).Edited by TheProgtologist - November 09 2007 at 09:06 |

I pulled out Call Of Duty 2 after my Halo 3 hiatus. The Russian campaign is SO much fun, even many repeated plays later.
I'm going to play some COD 3 later (I'm getting 4 next week some time) so if you guys add Henry Cow if you've got Xbox Live and I'd be happy to play with you.
