Yndi Halda take the raw emotion, power, and structure of Godspeed and mixes it with the radiant, uplifting beauty of Explosions in the Sky.
Excellent recommendation.

It's not they're highest ranked (though with only a handful of reviews, it's hard to tell how good the album really is), but I wanted to know some realy post fans opinion on it. This is also my first non post metal, post CD, so dont mislead me!

Its pretty hard to digest for a first post-rock album. Just ask The T! Tongue

The album in itself is wonderful, but it took me a lot of time to know its true potential. You'll need to have patience to enjoy it since its really slow and tamed, but thanks to that the album ends up being plain beautiful. So don't be scarred away if you don't like it the first time around.

You should've read my review of Saxon Shore and started your Post-Rock journey with them.Wink

Getting Be A Bright Blue was one of the best decisions I've made in a while. Thanks for the tip Clap

I just found out that Heima and Hvarf-Heim by Sigur Ros are due to be released on Monday, I didn't realise it was so soon, needless to say I've just put preorders for both in. Wink

I'm really looking forward to these two releases.
