Keep trying...you missed something somewhere.
The puzzles in both games are both simple and ingenius,I found myself stuck quite a few times in the game and after some backtracking I figured out what I missed
It's been awhile since I played the first game....but are you in a kind of multi-level maze, with a huge sliding stone block near the end of it?

My friend had something like this happen. He pulled some switch when he should have pulled a different one, and it became physically impossible to advance further.
In gaming news, a friend and I beat Halo 3 on the weekend. It was a blast!

That happened to me on KOTOR 2, I killed a guy who I needed to unlock a code, and couldnt leave the planet, so I had to restart my entire profile!

Portal is fantastic as is HL2 Episode 2 and Team Fortress 2. The Orange Box is great value just for those 3. BTW if anyone wants a free copy of Half-life 2 and Episode 1, just let me know your Steam ID and you can have them thanks to the new gift system. |

Bioshock was great, but something about every 360 game bothers me.

Playing Chrono Trigger on a SNES emulator. I have to start over since my hard drive was wiped out in January....

Chrono Trigger is wonderful, I must return to it one day.
Currently playing Sacred +Plus+ on PC. I really want Sacred Underworld, but I bought this before that came out... oh well. |

*sigh* it seems like most of you are playing console games ... I always thought that PC games are much more interesting. I'm sure that there are console games which I would love to play, but I'm staying on the PC.

PC games are much more interesting but unfortunately these days they're getting watered down for the console market. Thankfully there are some exceptions to this but they are games which would never get produced for a console anyway. One question for the console gamers: Why do you all love the Halo series so much? From what I've seen and played they are all very average first person shooters and nothing more. |

I am not really a fan of consoles either and have never officially own a console. I borrowed a PlayStation years ago and I still have it... I very rarely play it. I only really wanted it to play FFVIII on, but it overwhelmed me and the load speeds were dreadful!
I'm a PC gamer through and through and mostly like RPGs or Strategy games. I've even been known to like a few God games (like SimCity). The SNES has this charm for old RPGs though, but I've still never owned one. |

You know, I thought I'd never want to get a console... until a few weeks ago. By chance I learned that Mortal Kombat 4 wasn't the last episode in the series and that all the later ones are console-exclusive. I'm a freak, I know. |

I love Chrono Trigger, I'm not sure if I like FF3/6 more though. Both amazing games.
