There seems to be one missing.  Not sure if I missed it, or if it was missing from the original list.  Well at least I own and have heard 29 out of the 50.  Unfortunately I am familiar enough with the groups in the unheard list that there might only be 5 or 6 albums from here that I would be interested in hearing.

I've completely missed the boat on Zappa.  I have always thought he was more of a blues guy than a prog guy.  I recently purchased his "Strictly Commercial" greatest hits album.  Quite frankly my familiarity with him was "Valley Girl" and "Yellow Snow".  One day I hope to explore his material. 
 
I have heard nice things about Collosseum, but have yet to hear anything from them. 
 
I have heard one or two songs from Faust and Soft Machine and suspect that I might eventually explore them further.  The Soft Machine seemed more jazz than prog though and although I somewhat like jazz, my collection is pretty devoid of any that doesn't have the name Corea or Bruford on it. 
 
Lastly, I am trying to like Tool since they are so popular on this site.  I like alternative and I like the rockier side of prog metal (versus the thrashier side).  I now have a handful of their albums.  I still consider them more alternative than prog and I at least like some of their sound and music.  Probably won't become a favorite of mine, but they have grown on me a bit.
