Try Ground Zero for a really great mix of Merzbow-like abrasive noise electronics and a full avant garde band.

Not prog, but I strongly recommend Wolf Eyes... their debut Dread and Burned Mind are exactly what you're looking for, obtuse, dense noise electronics mixed with slow stoner rock... really dark and awesome stuff.
