^Curry is a mixture of several spices. Doesn't count.

Personally, I voted other, as I prefer ginger.

since hash probably doesn't count, I'd definitely have to go with garlic (close enough to a spice for me)

Listed are predominately herbs, not spices. Also, somebody said curry doesn't count, but I say leave it in there. I know it's a mixture, but still classified as a spice. Curry for me, too. Stuff is pure heaven.

Has anybody said "These are herbs, not spices" yet?

Ah.

LOL

The important thing is not to stop questioning.

Garlic is probably my favorite. If anyone is into hot sauce, you've got to try Clancy's Fancy. It's made right here in Ann Arbor, and is unlike any other on the market. One taste, and you are hooked for life.

HT, I'll keep a lookout for that. I love a good hot sauce, but only with a lot of flavor. I've tried a lot that focus too much on the heat, and not enough of a good, deep flavor.

As for my favorite,

Chipotle flavored Tobasco sauce...goes on virtually everything at my house.  Approve
Agree with E about flavor being as important as heat in the sauce.

Ha!

That's for wimps... This is the pepper sauce to end all pepper sauces:

It has a marvellous flavour to it, but Christ, is it hot!

Someone I knew had this on his chips (fries) at work a few years ago & a colleague walked past, assumed it was tomato ketchup & ate a few...

...he exploded a few seconds later
