Ok, I'll PM the culprit to see if he can make alterations.
But the derogatory remarks are aimed at Seb Bach (who was a hired hand), even if the project leaders are not spared.

let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter keep our sand-castle virtues content to be a doer as well as a thinker, prefer lifting our pen rather than un-sheath our sword |

The first rating of Snakes and Arrows is up and wait a minute, isn't it supposed to be released in May? But this is April not May! And the fact that there is no punctuation and isn't exactly written in proper English bugs me (last time I checked "r" was a letter not a word and he spelled rhythm wrong).

THRESHOLD — Dead Reckoning
Review by Threshold (Milica Nikolic) First I'd like to point out that Threshold album can minimum get 5 stars for no matter the release their music presents the highest degree of composing responsibility and on contrary to most of the bands it never just tells one story but directs to essential values in our lives and plays a role of a medium which helps us ascend to the utmost spiritual dimension. [...] oooh-kay. |

I'm glad he likes the album, but I just had a small problem here. Could this part be taken out or edited in some way: The music is quite heavy, but not in a stupid way like Dream Theater, where all is about making as much noise as possible. I just thought it wasn't necessary to add in a bashing comment about another band. I know it's just a little thing, but it still bothers me a bit. |

OK...
For the PT review: doing a comparison with another band is OK prevented you're not bashing one of them or both. Review edited.
For the IM ratings: theoretically the "reviewer" isn't breaking any rules but the pattern is really vicious. Going to check what to do in this case.

This isn't supposed to be possible but some of Bern's reveiws are repeated.
ARTI E MESTIERI - Murales ARTI E MESTIERI - Murales HARMONIUM - Harmonium HARMONIUM - Harmonium KING CRIMSON - Discipline KING CRIMSON - Discipline KING CRIMSON - Red KING CRIMSON - Red KING CRIMSON - The Power To Believe KING CRIMSON - The Power To Believe Most of the repeats seem to be ratings without reviews but one or two have writing on them. Must be some type of glitch Oh and be careful when deleting - some are real reviews others are just the rating without review |

I was checking Area discography and noticed that there are three poor
reviews that don't say anything about the album, music, etc.

Dealing with, akin... anyway, reviews made by PRs or SCs can be edited by themselves.

RUSH — Snakes & Arrows
Review by Optimisim
Unless any of you "reviewers" are professional print and/or web journalists that were
privy to Anthem/SRO's OFFICIAL press junket on this album, how in the HELL are you
reviewing something that hasn't even been released yet? Shame on you. Yeah,
you...and you...and YOU! You've had dessert, now finish the entre. |

Really elitist IMO... then only if you know music you are able to appreciate prog-rock. I guess that 95% of the prog-fans are out. This kind of behavior helps few the spreading of the genre.

There is an advertisement for a concert by a totally different band not in the archives in that review. Is that appropriate? |

Not the most appropriate place to do an advertisement but it has become a Gatot's tradition in several of his close to 1,000 reviews already submitted.
Anyway, it's also a case of spreading the gospel of the good music (prog included) which is valid IMHO!

PINK FLOYD — Wish You Were Here Review by tarkusxx
What can i say about this masterpiece? The best album of prog rock ever! Pink Floyd it's
the best band of prog, that has influenced the others. The musicians are too much
experienced, and the sounds is a reflex of their talent! Posted Wednesday, May 02, 2007, 13:43 EST |

"Music is much like f**king, but some composers can't climax and others climax too often, leaving themselves and the listener jaded and spent."
Charles Bukowski |
