I think Revolution #9 isn't there because the title of the thread is "What Beatle song was the most prog?" and it's just a collection of noises.

Happiness Is A Warm Gun is a very prog song, in the fact that it changes to keep itsself interesting. A Day In The Life is probably more influential on prog though.

"Happiness is a Warm Gun" has the most progressive structure. It's the best song you can use to counter any 'Beatles weren't prog' arguments.
