A final word: 6 months is a lot of time. This girl obviously knows what you are up to. I must insist on this: direct approach. If you are going to get killed by a full size "no!", it is better to know and move on. If, on the other hand, you have a chance, it is also better to know so. If I were in your position, I would think a) That the girl knows what I feel and she is trying not to hurt my feelings. b) I'm avoiding to think about something that is quiet clear. I'm in denial. c) Perhaps there is an acual chance of something, but I'm blowing it because I haven't made a firm move.

REmember that this is only my opinion, and it is expresed as the way I would think and the things I would do in a situation such as the one you describe. One thing is for sure: you must know; otherwise, you'll end up wasting months and months in those imaginary idealized moments. Having said that, I don't know how old you are, perhaps you do have tme in your hands to waste...
