I am usually not a great fan of that song and consider it to be one of my least favourite of VdGG, but this ending, and the lyrics of the song too, which fitted the occasion exactly, make me think they couldn't have ended this fantastic evening any better.

) but my favorite ending of all time is OCTAVARIUM of Dream Theater; great guitar solo, with great arrangements.

Actually, I didn't notice this similarity at the concert itself. But, thinking of this a posteriori, I have to admit it was a great idea (if it was intended; I tend to believe it indeed was).

My favorite outro is Larks' Tongues In Aspic Part 1 because of the build up of tension from the violin to the cool bassy part to the percussion instruments. Very cool.
