Hello sun, we've got a new friend request at the Noobies 'myspace!

Now, I'm crazy about the whole "emo" movement (it's "okay"), but I'm letting this band in based soley on its name (by the way, my dial-up rarely allows me to hear ANY of the music of all the bands I've admitted). Anyway, they're called Cutty MacBleed and the Slit Wrist Trio! Say they of their latest album in progress:

"The band is working on a new project... the greatest emotional hardcore concept album. This is just like The Wall, but so much more REAL. Thanks for your love and understanding. Good someone does..."

God bless you. You're in. What shall I comment on their page then?

Okay, who here is willing to record their voice, and by that I mean a speaking rather than singing voice...and has a recorder? Oh, and a device to transfer said voice to the computer?

Hold off on that for the moment...I'll tell you when, not yet.

Unless, you know, you have a great idea that involves speaking. But for the moment...

Could I whisper in certain parts or would that just ruin it?

a great album idea would be that
you play one note that builds up to a simple melody that branches out
in complexity until it hits critical mass.

...Uh, yeah. A concept like that would require "talent," something which we generally frown upon in this outfit. Why don't you keep your ideas to yourself, smrt mahjipo!

Well, my faith in life has been restored! For whatever reason...anyway, I've gotta go spread more rumors to promote the upcoming EP; I suggest you all do the same. Here are some options:

The Moody Noobs are going to split up.

The Nooby Moods are going to get about twenty new members...mostly relatives and hobos.

The Nobody Mods are going to become Christian pop.

The Booby Doobs are going to embrace Satanism.

The Crudey Pubes are going to sell out on their first album.

The Chubby Fools are going to star in a gum commercial.

The Gluey Dupes are going to get married...to each other. All of them.

And anything else you can think of. Be creative!
