Well, it happened, Hussein is dead. Executed by hanging. I have mixed emotions on the subject. When I found out about Saddam's death, I prayed, I prayed for the man's eternal soul, I prayed God would have mercy on him. Then I found myself thinking, what kind of a man am I to be praying for a ruthless, murdering dictator? Then I realized, I am a Christian, a real Christian, and I knew, for the first time in my life, what it meant to truly do what Jesus said, and love my enemy. The world is probably better off without him, but I think as God truly works in mysterious ways, Saddam taught my a valuable lesson, bet that would piss him off.

Anyway, just wanted to share that, sorry for the personal story in there, but the real news is Saddam Hussein was executed, so there.
