I though the pimp guy was supposed to take care of the engineer bit. Where is he?

YEAH! Let's record a concept album about how much the industry sucks for not letting us record our concept albums!

So what do you think of a 35 minute suite for bassoon and television?

Ok, the album is called:
Dissed By You While Here
Slime On Your Crazy Antics (Part 1)
Remember when we were young
Staring down the barrel of a gun
Slime on your crazy antics
I see that look in your eyes
Like we're about to be denied
Slime on your crazy antics
We were caught in the cross-fire of some discrepancies
And members quitting left and right
You saw us as a target for your disdain, your mocking laughter
So come on you noobies and slime
We reached for the secret too soon
A double concept album in bloom
Slime on your crazy antics
Threatend by your shadow overhead
Killing all our good ideas dead
Slime on your crazy antics
We wore out our welcome with utter randomness
Members quitting left and right
So come you moodies, come on you noobies
Come on you whistler and slime

I hadn't thought of that; our bio in 'Greats of Rock' is gonna be six pages long. And the press release, don't even get me started.
BTW: Geck0 was going to produce us but he's out-- something about 'personal and artistic differences'

Booted From the Machine
Booted, my noobs
Booted from the machine
Because of your sin, your double album sin
You sinned in the midtime, thought it was fine
Recording with "toys" not like the big boys
You bough a bassoon a bit too soon
You broke the tvs, a very bad deed
So booted from the machine
Booted, my noobs
Booted from the machine
Did you have dreams, we know you had big dreams
You dreamed of concepts, you were inpet
Acting not on precept, altogether decept-
ive
So booted from the machine

Great! Keep it coming! How about a lenghty sitarsolo between this and the next track?

There's a guy named Herb that hangs out in front of the wash&dry place near my house...he mentioned that he once ran into Tom Waits' gardener. I was thinking he might be good

Have a Single
Come in here, dear record co dude, have a single
Here our little jingle, it'll chart, it's a great start, are we doing our part-
well
Will they love us
Well, I've never had much respect, and I mean that most sincere
The band is just bombastic, that is really what I see
By the way, which one's Moody
And did we tell you the name of the game, boy?
We call it get 'em out by Friday
We're just knocked out, you think you're gonna sell out,
Your albums make us feel like we have gout
If you'd go, we'd be so happy that you were out
Everybody else is so mean, we're a laughingstock
Mocked by everyone, because of what you've done
Under our sacred label name
And did we tell you the name of the game, boy?
We call it get 'em out by Friday

I'm running out of TVs...for my artistic vision, I'm going to have to throw all our instruments, and our manager, out the window of the hotel!
