Dancing With Some Other Guy
Can you tell me where our morals lie
Said the repub to the democrat's eyes
They lie with me, the publican of re
For a lack of smartness, he made a royal mess
Easy now, I'll hit you down
Blasting through your wimpy schemes
We shoot with lots of sound
As they sell new England by the dollar
Republican says, "more guns, shoot well"
Democrat says, "more gays, love well"
You know what you are, you care at all
Bursting through the forth wall
The democrat leads his dance right on through the night
Eh, stop that now
Don't follow him till the Sun has set
Don't follow him until marriage has died
Dancing out with some other guy
Your claimed ideals are all lies
(sitar solo)
There's a fat old lady outside the door
She must be American, they're all fat
Swishing their hips till we lose to hear
With the popping of the drums of our ears
The democrat leads his dance right on through the night
Eh, stop that now
Don't follow him till the Sun has set
Don't follow him until marriage has died
Dancing out with some other guy
Your claimed ideals are all lies
(Didgeridoo chorus)

I Know What I Like (In Some Other Guy's Wardrobe)
(a beat laid down by an accordion)
It's one o'clock and time to dance
Around and around we prance
And republicans feel disgust
There's always been Falwell:
"the lord will rise up and strike you down"
And then Robertson
"let's all kill hugo chavez"
Over the garden wall, two grown men
Yes I love you
Keep them old fashioned marriages sharp
I know what I like (you)
And I like what I know (you)
Getting inside your wardrobe (ooh)
Stepping into your show (oooh)
When the sun beats down and I look northeast
I can always see them making happy (in massachusetts)
Me, I'm a republican, you can tell by my bigotry

Seeing that the accordion is back, I'm back too if I can add a sitarsolo after the recorder solo.

More Fool You
(random sitar and accordion harmonies, shofar coming in over the lines so you can't hear them)
Here am I
Staying the course
Since we sent you off
Too long have we been there you say
Well then we lost and it's your fault
And yet you sit
Sure that you are right
But I know full well
That we'll never leave
Because no one would elect you
You'd be somber and stuff your face
Because things aren't going your way
You say that you'd had enough
Wandering around aimlessly in a desert in the middle east
the day we left
Well you should've known they'd not come back
But you were stupid
And never waved your sons goodbye
Becuase you're unpatriotic as hell
And we're gonna keep staying the course
You wanted to laugh at them
At least Kerry called them stu
-pid
But you know I don't give a damn
Oh, more fool you
And yes, we'll keep staying the course

I am officially done contributing to musical writing on the albums so that I can focus solo on lyrics. You fight out the musical details on your own.

Excellent work Folly. How about an improvised instrumental after that one?

Hmm. I don't like that we're going political; I'm more about rockin' out. HOWEVER, if given enough drug/alcohol AND enough television sets to throw out hotel windows, I think I can be persuaded to sit in the corner and play my patented "Whister-tonic" uke lines. Maybe punch out a power chord or three.

Okay, you're in; but only if you leave.

Add bassoon to that, and we have an excellent Hard Rock track for our next album.
