You see, now you've gone and done it. Opened up this controversial can of worms! Does it excite you to agitate Yes fans? Is there really a thrill in that?
Because, you see, a great many of those albums happen to be very good, and far removed from any concept of "the worst." I won't waste my time telling you why, suffice to say that if you are in fact a Yes fan, and you are doing this from out of some perverse desire, I suggest you rethink your commitment to the band and its ethos.

I really like to know your reasoning behind that choice. Seeing that you think
Big Generator and Union are better?

My reasoning is very simple really. I like the music Of Big Generator a lot more than ABWH and Union slightly more.

I'm just curious to know WHY you do. I personally like ABWH very much
because it has more of the true Yes sound. The songs are very well
thought out and arranged nicely
As far as Big Generator, they really seemed to have lost their motivation.
It all sounds like second rate eighties pop. I've given this album so many
tries in the past. I just can't get over the cheese factor. Don't get me
wrong. I enjoy many things that came from the eighties. Maybe if this
album and 90125 were not under the Yes name, I may feel different about
them. This is not Yes...a it should'nt of been Yes. They should of stuck
with Cinema as their name.
ABWH was more Yes than Rabin era Yes IMO.

I understand what you're saying Azrael, but I have no problem with Rabin Yes, I really like it.
The thing with ABWH is that althouigh its more Yes like, for some reason it just doesn't do anything for me at all. I find it a bit dull. I don't hate it though, just like it the least.

Open Your Eyes!
(I was talking about the album with the same name, not trying to persuade someone )
Too much Squire / Sherwood influence.

Union, Open Your Eyes and Big Generator, all have one or two good songs on them, but I really don't like these albums. The rest from this list varies from good to very good.
I voted for Union, because I think it could have been a good album, if more effort was put in it

You have to listen to Keystudio - awesome 70s-style album from Yes! Just check out the reviews here or on Amazon.

No doubt about this: there are some awful albums by this great band, but Open Your Eyes is and ...
