Loads of salt and veganaise (self made veganistic mayonaise. )
Why is there no mayonaise between the options. It's what normaly comes with DUTCH fries here.

You need to watch Pulp Fiction. It deals with the whole USA/Europe fries and ketchup/mayonaise thing.
Interesting how the Americans call them French fries; I thought that they were a Belgian invention.

Yes I know, I saw the movie more then once, but I didn't actually think you guys didn't eat mayonnaise with your fries. You freaks.
Yes, they were a Belgian invention, or so I have been told many times.

Curly's Fries in Wildwood, NJ need no such accoutrements - frying in peanut oil is the key. I'm sure other versions of "boardwalk fries" are similar. Everyone in the mid-Atlantic US knows what I'm talkin' about.

I still think that you can't beat genuine British chips from an old style Fish and chip shop. Proper sized chips sliced from real potatoes and fried in dripping or lard. Lashings of salt and vinegar and you can't lose.

If I can ever make my way to England again, I do intend to have "real" fish and chips, one of the finest inventions to come from the mother country.
