Packing my bags for school, watching movies, listening to music and eating. All of my friends are gone now. Ouch

Lets see what I did today
  • Failed my driver's permit test. Embarrassed
  • Ate Indian food. Big smile
  • Got my pin number in the mail so now I can buy music directly with my account.

I have just finished the French courses and passed the exam(relatively well)today. My nerves are a bit shattered thanks to that, so I'll have to do nothing until school starts on the 4th of September. I need to relax. Besides that, nothing else really interesting.

Bravo pour avoir réussi ton examen de français! Clap

RIP in bossa nova heaven.

Kissing and Hugging Mercedes, writting stories in order to find out a way to create a whole book, eating Crostini, watching Gilmore Girls and Fellini Movies (when I reach one, those are hard to find); reading as much as I can, I'm very into Manuel Rojas this days, having just passed by some Cortazar books; and listening to not prog music, Tujiko Noriko is a favourite of the none prog time. Playing with my Cat (she is funny).

Last night and my friend went downtown to meet some people, but then it started raining and we didn't have ride. So we walked home in the rain. It was pretty lame.

That's bullsh*t!

Did someone stand you up, or did you guys just say forget it?

The latter. We figured no one was going to come when it started to rain. His house isn't far from downtown so we walked there in the first place, so it wasn't really a big deal.

Well, yesterday I was in a party so I spent most of today relaxing, watching TV, posting on PA, listening to music, playing with my guitar. I just finished watching  Howl's moving castle.

I don't know, yesterday I played Tennis with friends, took a bear after it, well, maybe more, and then etc until I couldn't do anything but sleep... I did other stuff, but that's music related ... music-less life isn't great.

Today, I got set for school which start tommorow. But this year (and next year) are gonna be great, as I will be doing a CEJEP in music. You know, 18 hours class a week, for stuff like chorus, history of music, orchestra... Big smile The easiest and funniest school can be!

How come?

Today I watched the Turkish Grand Prix (Massa won), a stunner of a race, read a book (or more of the book I've been reading for the last couple of weeks) whilst listening to music, had dinner, tried watching the Champ Car World Series live from Montreal, it was rained of after 6 laps (Ouch), continued reading said book and listening to music until Leathel Wepon 3 came on, now posting here.

My day today was devoted to finish the house. I'm working on the walls, then I'll have to finish the ceramic work, place some carpets, install windows (real ones, not Microsoft's). If I can, I'll try to catch a movie later. And I'm kind of in the same situation of mr. Bern; my girlfriend is about to receive her degree, so she is studying and I'll get to see her next weekend. I'lkl kiss her in a week from now. It'll be great, off course...

Added on editing: not having a girlfriend can be good, but not forever. My cousin is in serious troubles; he feels lonely, lives in an empty house were nobody says hello to him. The worst part, I think, is that he is acrually getting use to it, and now it is more of a problem to actually meet someone...

What college are you going to?

Not sure yet, but my mother is a professor of communications at a university in town and has connections to a web of colleges that would offer me free tuition because of her status. I'm thinking about going to one of those for the first two years and seeing if I want to stay or go somewhere else. Who can argue against a free education? [IMG]height=17 alt=Tongue src="http://www.progarchives.com/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" width=17 align=absMiddle> I do want to get out of Indiana, though. It's a dead-end.

Don't forget, there are some great schools in our area of the country. College towns tend to be a bit different anyway. Ann Arbor is nothing like the rest of Michigan. Indiana also has some fine schools. I remember liking West Lafayette when I visited. Bloomington didn't seem so bad either.

Because discussions about Fish, OOIOO, and albums that people have bought give me migrane headaches.

I had to close at work today, but it wasn't too bad.  I was working with a "no bullsh*t" manager who's a class guy and does his best to make sure everyone leaves on time.

We have two other managers that are 100% and 95% bullsh*t.  I hate closing with them.  One's dumb as sh*t, and one is a bitch.

The one that's dumb as sh*t is a nice and kind of funny guy though.
