Haven't heard that one - the usual one where I went to school went:

I'll never forget
The smell of the sweat
From under your aaaaarmpits

LOL

It's actually by Ray Stanley, but Como released it in 1956 Geek

I'm in love with a dolly named, Glendora
She works in the window of a big department stor-a
Eyes of blue, hair like gold
Never been young, but she'll never get old
Oh, Glendora
I wanna see more of you

O' Glendora, O' Glendora
O' Glendora, I wanna see more of you

She's so shy that I don't know how I found her
With three big body guards always workin' around her
One just nods, an' two just grins
An' three got a mouth full of safety pins
O' Glendora, I wanna see more of you
(You, more of you)

(O' Glendora, O' Glendora)
(O' Glendora, I wanna see more of you)
(More of you)

[Instrumental Interlude]

I stand left an' I stand right
Outta my head 'cause I'm outta sight
O' Glendora, I wanna see more of you

Late last night at the store they did some changin'
An' I stood watchin' when they started re-arrangin'
She lost her wig, she lost her arms
An' when they got through she lost all of her charms
O' Glendora, what did they do to you

(What they do, what they do, what they do)
(O' Glendora, O' Glendora)
(O' Glendora, what did they do to you)

(What they do, what they do, what they do)
(O' Glendora, O' Glendora)
(O' Glendora, what did they do to you)

(Do to you, oh, what did they do to you)
O' Glendora, what did they do to you

Wink

I am generally weird, posting five weirdnesses would cause misinterpretation, so I'd rather people think I am totally normal and stuff.

I once got into bed... saw a baby bat lying against the wall and the quilt and I immediately leapt back out!

I wasn't best pleased and when I put the light on, it started to fly around the bedroom, not good!

Now I have a problem with bats.

after reading this and another post, I have come to realise you are Adrian Monk, the great detective...

i love bugs. I used to own two tarantulas (Millie and Stacia) and I'm the sort that everyone calls to remove spiders, bees, beetles and such. one memory someone had of me in the seniors issue of the high school newspaper in '86 was that i was the one with a green worm in class one day (i was removing it). i love bats, too. awesome creatures. they are all over the place down here now...

Bats I can cope with. I've managed to convince myself that their sonar means they will never fly into me...

We get lots of little bats flying above the trees outside my house this time of year.

Ultimately bored by endless ecstasy!

Are you George Bush, Crimson Thing, or maybe Margeret Thatcher? WinkLOL

And I was about to quote a UB40 song, but then realised it's talking about a rat in the kitchen and not a bat...

I'll get me coat!

1. I'm fascinated by all kinds of wildlife - just as well, since our ramshackle house is crawling with bugs, and we've had blue tits nesting under the floorboards & a bat in the kitchen....

2. I used to be a scientist but chucked it in to live a poor but happier life in the country....

3. I also used to work in a tree nursery, and that's why my garden is full of rare & interesting trees (some of them still alive, even Wink ), as well as various odd plants grown from seed collected (not by me) from remote parts of the world...

4. Although I was very fit until a few years ago, I've now got some weird illness that prevents me walking even a few yards without pain...Cry...the docs are totally baffled...

5. Ronald Reagan once waved to me! There was noone else around, so it was personal...LOL

1. disjoined in all finger on my right hand (makes it easier for me to play guitar because my fingers can bend a odd angles)

2. Every thinks I’m older than I actually am.

3. I like almost all animals (except spiders)

4. My favorite subjects are History and English so when someone says to me "oh crap we have English next" I'll say

"so?"

5. I'm also kind of a loner and get on better with people three times my age than people my own age which is not a bad thing because most people my age are morons.
