I've got 3 myself - two girls (9 and 7) and a boy (2). If anyone knows what's causing it please let me know I can't afford anymore....

I have two, a girl of 4 (Gwendolyn) and a boy of 2 (Yannick, named after tennis player Yannick Noah and guitarist Janick Gers - spelled this way because we liked having a Y in both their names). Their most recent relevant interest: dancing in front of my shiny black piano (it works like a mirror) to Home Again and Renaissance Faire by Blackmore's Night.

@Video Vertigo: what you're asking is perfectly legal in the Netherlands, but same as mixed couples you have to qualify. Guess they want to guarantee the children to have a fair chance at a good upbringing in terms of parental capabilities.

Out of curiosity is adoption legal for same sex couples where you live? That is something I believe in and wish the US would go about making it legal.

They may now; there was a change in law in 2001. Actually we were in a legal grey zone when we had the artificial inseminations, which seemed to make it necessary for the government to make up some laws; we had been battling with legal officials for three years until we were allowed the inseminations, and we had to prove we were "worthy" first. We would have gone as high as the Constitutional Court to fight for our right for artificial insemination, but it proved not to be necessary. The government came up with laws ruling this issue a few months later; I can try and look up (and translate) the exact wording of the law, if you want me to.

I lived with three women for a while and they naturally alligned their menstrual cycle to the same week of the month and THAT is completely unlivable for a normal male. and then they wondered why I disappeared all week long and came back drunk during that lapse

I personally can still understand adoption for gay males (for obvious physical reasons) , but what are the chances of having both women infertile in a Lesbian couple?
