Of course The Beatles weren't prog in a genre sense, but they were progressive.
I would probably give it a tie btween A Day In The Life and Strawberry Fields. |

For some reason I'm not allowed to vote in this poll, but I would probably go for "A day in the life".

Being For The Benefit of Mr Kite - seems everyone overlooks that one.
I voted Rain. |

That's the same song that came to my mind as well...Also:
The sound track bits between songs on Help!
I'm Only Sleeping
She Said She Said
Blue Jay Way
Only A Northern Song
Glass Onion
The Continuing Story Of Bungalow Bill
And the grand daddy:
Revolution 9
Just to throw this in, my favorite all-time Beatles track is I've Got A Feeling...

My vote went to Strawberry Fields.
To main error is not consider Beatles prog because of the short songs. Progressive rock is an AOR genre, so the whole records should be considered. |

If anybody votes for You Know My Name (Look Up the Number), they should be kicked off this site.

Where is Revolution 9?
If it was in that poll, that would get my vote. Out of those listed, I pick A Day in the Life. |
