Yeah, Gone to Earth is an excellent album, at least for the fantastic opener "Hymn". Not the best BJH's album of the classic Polydor period though (1974-1978).

BTW, congratulations, ANDREW, for your recent and important upgrade!!

Ci vediamo.

In my opinion "Gone To Earth" is their best album from the Polydor period, followed by "Everyone Is Everybody Else".

  4. Gone to Earth
  5. Time Honoured Ghost (their best cover art ever!!)

As much as I love Animals, A Farewell to Kings takes the cup for me for '77.

Definitely Animals. Others great albums of this years are Canción del Sur from Los Jaivas (A marvelous album) and Congreso- Congreso (with Los Jaivas the masters of the chilean rock-prog)
