^ yes ... just finished. It's quite nice, a bit like NFS Porsche. It has a few nice game modes, like trying to evade the police, or sprints from toll booth to toll booth. The most amazing thing is that there finally are some buildings that you can drive through, like parking garages - and you can drive off road.

Very cool, I liked the Porsche game as you could race a 911 GT1 98 against a 917K (I really am a raceing)

Argh Metal gear solid is the WORST and LEAST unoriginal anime game i have ever tried! And surely you must understand that i took from prices in norway and they are actuallly HIGHER than in britain so it would actually be cheaper than 290£ in britain |

^thats probably because MG isnt anime, and I find it one of the greatest games ever produced. As you can imagine I'm not that hot on PC gaming so even if your pricing is right it doesnt mean anything to me as I dont want the most advanced PC available.

I find that anyone who considers the recent Metal Gear Solid games bad to have no good taste in video games. The series transends the videogames, the stories/saga of the Metal Gear games is probably the best in video game history, beating out even the Legend of Zelda series.

I never really cared much for Metal Gear Solid games. I thought the gameplay was quite innovative for an espionage game which are usually first person shooters. Compared to sagas which i consider to be excellent sagas, i'm sorry to say that Metal Gear Solid doesn't really come close. Saying Metal Gear Solid is better than Zelda as a saga is just blasphemy! |

I don't even know if Zelda is a saga! Anyways, how can you not like the plots? Do you think they're too outlandish? Or are you not a conspiracy or nuclear war/Armageddon fan? |

The MGS series has good gameplay, but one of the best stories I've seen
in a video game (including RPGs) so I'm a pretty big fan of the series.
Speaking of Zelda, I'm hoping the next game will be better than Wind w**ker. I really can't wait for it to come out... haven't played a good Zelda game since MM way back when. I'm getting Civilization 4 for Xmas, that should be good. |

I think the plots are great, Metal Gear Solid games are more like movies at times to me. It's kind of a shame though that some video games have become more like movies and some movies have become more like video games. Metal Gear Solid is good, but i think it's a little overrated by some. |

Ok, I've never really played FF games, but they could have a better saga than MGS. I don't know if they all are interconnected, though.

Thank you! Zelda games are so boring to me now. *Develope story a bit, go into dungeon, collect keys, get new weapon/item, fight boss, get heart container, repeat...* |

MGS is one of the few game series I wish wouldn't be games. Well, they're excellent as games, and always have great boss fights, but the story and cinematics are always what I want out of them. |

I don't mind the formula, it's just that Wind Waker was boring. Sailing sucked, the dungeons were extremely dull, and it seemed like towards the end it was more a treasure hunt than a game... I actually had to force myself at the end to complete it since it was so bland. The next game looks like it could be good with that Wolf idea and the dark/light realm thing. Who knows? |

They're all set in different worlds, but there are some similar elements throughout them. Each game has a unique battle system, characters, and stories so they really have little in common. FFXII should be sweet though. Edited by Bluesaga |
