The results of this poll are irrelevant to this site.
They're in the archives, ergo they're prog, as far as this site is concerned.
As for whether they're any good or not, well, that's opinion - and opinions are like a certain part of the anatomy... everyone has one, but not everyone's is worth displaying in public.

It would appear that the results of this poll are pretty inconclusive.

I'm very conflicted on this issue. I think Radiohead are progressive (not necessarily symphonic prog, but as has been said many times, prog is not one genre of music). I'm also conflicted on whether I like them. I don't like the Bends (that one is definitely not prog), but I do like OK Computer (that definitely is prog). I guess I'll just have to buy more of their albums!

I really like one of their tunes (the famous one) and they did a good show at Glastonbury in 97, but I find them irritating because it is so obvious at times they (conciously or otherwise) sound like Robert Wyatt and other proggers but refuse to acknowledge the link.

Well... don't listen to them, and you won't be insulted. I've got six or seven of their CDs as well as other recordings and I've managed not to hear them for a few months so I'm sure it can't be too difficult for you

I love Radiohead but I've never really understood what's progressive
about them most of the time. Kid A, maybe, but most of their music is
just really well-written, but not necessarily progressive.

I think they are good but I hardly see them as prog... it is still very amazing for me to find them here and bands like Wishbone Ash not.
