All music is perfect.
Music is the perfect expression of an individual, ond/or
individuals.
The perfect language.

I prefer prog-metal silence
I have yet to listen to the perfect music, but I think Arena achieved it almost with the song Sirens.
It is a known fact that no man can resist the Sirens song

it depends on the point of view. On the people, their moods and tastes.
Bach's c minor part in his well-tempered-clavier is perfect for me right now.

Rubbish!
The perfect music will never be written for me because beauty can only be achieved during the search for perfection. Once it's reached there's no point in doing any more music . King Crimson, the Soft Machine, Coltrane, Marillion, Mahler, Elgar, Devil Doll, Pain of Salvation and several others come pretty close.

Well i suppose that depends on what ones definition of 'perfect' is.
For me, i haven't heard the perfect song yet, and i'm not sure i will. One thing i do know is that if there is even to be a song i consider to be perfect it would have to have been created by me. I'm the only person who can completely and sucessfully convey my idea of perfection to music.

Ok, more of a philosophical question:
Do you think there can be such a thing as perfect music?
And if yes, would humans be able to discover it eventually?
And any ideas how it would look like?
