The most embarresing music you like?

Well i must say that i truly like all Genesis albuns.

When I started to listen to Genesis, I got into the Gabriel era.

Then I thought that Hackett made the difference wich took me to 1977.

After that I bought “Duke” and it blowed me away.

Nowadays I thing that the reason that I like Genesis a lot its because of those marvellous lines by Tony Banks, and so I find myself liking all Genesis albums, wich can be pretty embarassing, if you consider the popish side.

Notice that the (in)famous 80's italian singer Sandy Marton (I don't remember his real name....) was an authentic King Crimson & Genesis fan...

I like them too and have always liked them, even if I prefer the Gabriel era (naturally). Instead of talking about "Gabriel era" vs "Collins era" it's sometimes more relevant to embrace the Banks & Rutherford era (1967 - 1997).

I think it's about time I resurrected this;

 

I don't actually like it, BTW - but these reviews are side-achingly funny. Read the early ones first - they're comic genius!

I bought this CD for my mom, and she LOVES it !!She plays it everyday !!I also like it a lot. David sounds very sexy singing in French and in German. His music is very refreshing and upbeat!! We plan to buy even more of his music, all that we can find !!!

Twice the ruggedness of mortal man, ten times the talent of any other artist, Hasselhoff dazzles on this CD. Every track has been plucked from the heavens and trembles with vigor and force. God Himself could not record as good a greatest hits album like this, and if He were to listen to all 17 tracks on this compilation, He would refrain from striking me down for blasphemy. The song "Hot Shot City" is particularly good.

David Haffleharf likes to do it, and boy howdy he does it (again) with his 17-track masterwork "Looking For The Best of David Haffleharf (Where the [IMPORT] Is It?)". Cleverly collecting all 17 (count em!) timeless tracks, this CD will rock your pants off, leaving you dazed, confused, and possibly naked.

David’s nearly 1-octave range is stretched to the limit over the goat-rutting effervescence of "Do the Limbo Dance", while the nuances of the subtle but effective “Wir Zwei Allein” will warm the cockles of even the staunchest old-school S&M fascist. When you hear the dulcet pounding of "Danice Dance d'Amour" you can be almost positive that you are listening to a displaced expatriate who probably spoke English as his first language. And don’t let anyone fool you, "Flying on the Wings of Tenderness" doesn’t really sound too much like a rhino in heat. But his naughty-schoolgirl-spanking cover of "The Best Is Yet to Come" certainly does.

The song "Hot Shot City” is particularly good. And it sounds a lot like that fab tune "Feel My Heat" by Dirk Diggler.
