Choose your favourite, I like Carling I'm not a Heavy Drinker! I occasionally drink on celebrations like birthdays, christmas etc.

But other times I don't drink alcohol at all.

Infact I don't drink Spirits or any other form of Alcohol.

Not much choice in terms of Belgian Beers.

Jupiler is my fave Belgian beer. But I am more of a Trappist Beer drinker (dark around 8 or 9%)

I much prefer Lagers because Ales are served not cold enough in the Isles. Castlemaine was my fave with Foster when my parents lived in Scotland (Edimburgh)

The best beers in the world are Belgian!

My 3 favourite (non-Belge) beers are:

1. GuinNess (two n's dammit!)
2. Molson Export (Sorry, I'm a hoser at heart)
3. Heineken

I've been to all 3 breweries, and Heiny gives the best tour with plenty of beer as a 'reward' at the end!
Marmalade...I like marmalade.

Whoa, cease and desist....!

Where are the porters (RCH's Old Slug Porter, in particular)?

Where are the Stouts (Youngs Double Chocolate - mmmmmmmm!)?

Where are the milds (Holdens, Bathams, Black Cat especially)?

And where are the bitters (no, Tetleys filth does not count)...

Deuchars IPA
Adnams Broadside
McMullens AK (which should be branded a mild )
Black Sheep
Theakstons Old Peculiar

Plus faaaaaaaar too many others to mention....

And finally, where's Newcastle Brown Ale (a guaranteed fart in every bottle)?

Huh! Call this a poll?

OTHER BRANDS!

Leffe, La Trappe, Karmeliet, Delerium Tremens, La Chouffe etc.

Belgian beer is the best!

Here's a nice website about beer: http://www.danhyde.com/beer/index.php?content=rating_top.php

Thanks Huub and Joren!!

I thought I was going to have to become nationalistic! Stella Artois is Belgian origin but brewed to fit Britsh taste in England . It is almost the same as the Belgian brewed Stella.
