Currently driving a Jeep wrangler. 6 cyl. Softtop. And
unlike many 4 wheel drive owners, I actually take it off
road occasionally.
Maybe this should be another thread, but here goes:

Cars I Have Owned:

1973 Chevy Monte Carlo (Nicknamed "Deathmobile")
1979 Ford Thunderbird (Known as "Pimpmobile")
1978 Mecury Monarch    ( Called " The Time Bomb")
1986 Chevy S-10 Blazer      ("The Slug")
1999 Jeep Wrangler     (Once it starts to fall apart, it
too will have a name)

I don't know why, but my friends always have a name for
my cars. I take it as a compliment. But I doubt it is.

Wearing feelings on our faces when our faces took a rest...

Actually, I drive a Rolls Royce Corniche, sky blue, with biege interior...

The truth is...I have never owned a car in my entire life!  And, no, that is not another joke!

Peace.

Drive one of these...

nice motor - mine's the 2.0 litre which means it's a bit slow on the uptake but is comfy and, crucially, is designed by Pininfarina - unlike modern Pugs which look like basking sharks with overbite.

Also has CD autochanger for progtastic journeys guaranteed to drive the girlfriend bonkers - unless it's stacked with Radiohead then she's happy.

Ah yes, how she just loves it when I say 'great, 8 hours of Yes in the boot, let's go!!'

Never driven a car in my 24 yrs.

No need to. Public transport gets you everywhere.

Except high.

Cheers

Yeah Sure Maani! You must've sold your soul to the pope to afford such a car!!!!

let's just stay above the moral melee

content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

My dream car would be the aston Martin Volante in British racing green but I would settle for the Virage or the DB8.

I plan to buy the Saab 93 with the 1,8l 122 HP engine but with a sunroof and no airco.

Peugeot 309 - had a Morris minor - called wilson.

I want a Triumph Stag or a Rover 90. failing that the Jaguar XJ220 (i think that is what it is called) but it is a real girls car (too low & no arm room for men Ha Ha). Are you taking the hint Jim ?
