Topic: A symphonic prog band made of black members Posted: November 07 2011 at 14:26
I really don't know if there exists somethig like that...
outside of prog, it was pretty funny seeing Jeff Scott Soto singing "I am a Viking" when he was on Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force...
But now my branches suffer
And my leaves don't bear the glow
They did so long ago

it's not racism but rather cliche of music industry coined with social background.

Welcome Myke!
Man you can play, delightful piano solo, love those classical influences, very Emersonian. The Nightmare Suite is serious stuff too. Keep on progging!

Here's an unreleased gem that I composed on October 23-24 2003 called "Nightmare Suite"
I wasn't so up to date on recording digital, this was
mostly done analog. I had just graduated from high
school in Washington, DC.
So, what do y'all think????

^ That was brilliant, I was hugely impressed
(and I'm a shameless Emerson fanboy) The only thing that spoiled the vid was the bottom end is very boomy and slightly distorted.
