The band performing this cover is "Eggroll", an Israeli band who used to perform a lot with excellent progrock covers. Now they're focusing on their own material.

I would have to agree with asuma. I don't think Pink Floyd ever felt threatened by punk therefore never really having the need to lash out. Also Nick Mason produced one of The Damned LPs.. definitely not a sign of fear or anti punk to me.
