Topic: Final Fantasy Fans. Your favourite game? Posted: July 20 2010 at 10:05 |
I'm surprised that VII has so few votes...
I liked IX too. Is XIII worth getting??

I've only played I, IV, VII, X, and XI. My favorite out of these would be X. I just thought it had a much more emotional story than the others; I actually cared about the characters. VII and IV were both good too. I found the original to be kinda boring, though.
As long as we're talking about other RPGs, I really loved Xenogears, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, and Tales of Symphonia. I'd almost have to say that Xenogears is my favorite game of all time. Breath of Fire II was another pretty good game. And then there's Star Ocean 3......It really could have been a great game, if not for quite possibly the stupidest plot twist ever.

Secret of Mana II Lufia Lufia II Actually, I love FF VI the most out of the FF games I've played. I've yet to complete any of them though. VI is the furthest I've got through of any of them though. In fact, I was playing a translation of the original Japanese Super Famicom version and it's much better than the US release. I also enjoyed VIII more than VII.

I've only played a few. The first was I for the original Nintendo. I think this was the first game I actually finished, after suffering many a Glance.

Can you tell me where we're headin'?
Lincoln County Road or Armageddon.

So true. Never before have I cared so much for pixeled images on a television. Such great plot and characters.

Actually, no. I don't even have an Xbox (or 360, or the sh*tty new thing they announced at the E3). I still play the original N64 version though, it's my favorite game of all time. Or did I already say that was Final Fantasy VI?

First of all, it's 'Dirge', not 'Dierge'.
Secondly, it's not in any way an FPS. Not even close.
You sure you actually played the game?

Now Perfect Dark is an FPS. A pretty excellent one, too. Zebra, you've downloaded the remaster of this game for XBLA, I assume?

The only FF games I've played through are I, IV, V, and VI. I've also played through parts of VII and X.

VII though XII runs it very close. Mind you, I've only played VII through XIII.

Hey, that's cheating!
I too prefer Chrono Trigger to any FF game, but not by much. A game that's pretty much flawless in every aspect.
