If I allowed multiple votes, this would be a disaster.

If we had more people voting like in this poll, it might not have happened that way.

voted for the Can.. easy.... one was a paragon of progressive rock music... pushing the boundries.. .letting it ALL. hang out... the other....smells like prog... tastes like prog.... yet is no more prog than Brittany Spears ![LOL](smileys/smiley36.gif) ... complex music yes... prog? hmmmm... prog in my book is more than complex music. If that was the case... lets add Dione Warwick ![LOL](smileys/smiley36.gif) ![LOL](smileys/smiley36.gif) preference aside... I love many metal bands more than VDGG for example.

Ha I voted DT. EB was excellent for about two weeks, and then I pumped it up one day and realised how boring it was, I just cant sit through the first couple of songs anymore. At least images and words has it's moments.

Dream Theater have their moments but Can just inspired so many bands! From Radiohead to almost all post-rock, their impact is so expansive!

Can. Ege Bamyasi and Tago Mago are mind numbingly awesome. Still need to here Future days though. Powerful music. DT's stuff just doesnt pack a punch, for all its "heavey ness" and "metal ness". but they're the ones who got me into prog or at least the ones who lead me to this website 4 years ago so i guess i should be thankful.
