I'll worry about grasping Multi-variable calc first.

Ah, you'll do fine.  The expression in your sig shows you to be a fine mathematician.  Wink

Indeed! A pithy proof that music is not well-defined (because I know that Rush doesn't equal perfection, hehe). Smile

Well, he only says that the limit exists as music approaches perfection, but it might not necessarily equal Rush at that point, so the limit can exist, but the point does not, therefore the Music function is discontinuous at the perfection point.

In the US, yes.  There appears to be confusion (at least on my part) about what "college" means in other countries.

It breaks down like this. A University is a conglomeration of colleges. An independent college is much smaller, and has separate departments.

Ahh...I think I got it...so a college is just for certain careers? Is it something like that? Like the college of say fisics that is in a certian university?

count me in with the went but never finished...for more years that I care to admit...

an idealist who went to be educated... and lost along the way that you are supposed to finish and enter the work force... hell if I hadn't got married and needed to drop my 'professional college student' moniker and get a real job.... I might still be there.... though I do think I am going to go back and finish.  Thinking about finishing off my math and history degrees... physics?.... no way.. that ship has sailed hahahah

though a lot of good that education  did though...
