Canada fought in Desert Storm, Afghanistan, both world wars, etc! (Canada liberated Holland in WW2.) Our soldiers are known to be very brave, and very good. Our peacekeepers are all over the world, and lay their lives on the line. Yes, your military is much bigger, and better funded, BUT don't insult Canadian soldiers -- too many have died for other's freedom for you to be so dismissive of them. (I AM VERY SERIOUS.)  Canada has always played a significant role in furthering peace/overthrowing tyranny. Don't forget, that unlike the US, Canada was in WW2 from the beginning. I would like you to try that on with some vets at a Canadian Legion -- you'd get your ass kicked, & rightly so!
(PS: We also beat you guys in 1812, when the US invaded Canada.) |
