Idiot I am, I completely forgot Haken. I've also decided it's a bit cruel to say Pendragon is the best based on the only album I have by them in the 21st century (though it's one of my favourite albums now), so this is my new list:

It's been a patchy period for them, but when they're good, they're very good...

Mostly Autumn have also been fantastic in the last few years, but are they really prog?.....

One thing that slightly surprises me (although I should know you bunch) is that Swans' absolutely iconic 2010s trilogy hasn't put them on anyone's list yet except mine. For me it makes them number 1 actually.

Theses musicians are truly incredible imho

Grey Lady Down had one album in the 21st century(2001)and the rest were from the 90's so hardly a 21st century band imo. Aside from that they were at the time considered very derivative neo prog. One site in particular(that is no longer around) said they were the lowest rated band.
