Yes, I did the same thing and once I discovered the existence of the Arrata Rebirth page I deleted the Red Hail album from the new TH page. It had occurred to me to combine the two pages in some way, but wasn't high on my priority list given limited time for PA activities over the last month. Let me think about this. The AR bio is superior to my TH bio, so I want to make sure that the original is preserved.
I also have not forgotten about the Jane Getter issue but have not had time to address it. |

I think so too. But: 1. Only M@X can delete artists, even admins can't. But admins can re-use the page for some newly added band/artist, so technically it's not a big deal. 2. Before "deleting" the Aratta Rebirth artist page makes sense to combine its bio with the current bio of Tigran Hamasyan and ask JRF team to bless the change.

Oh no!!! I've just create a duplicate album!!
is the same as so we have to delete my new entry... BUT... I really think we should move the original one to the relatively new Tigran Hamasyan artist page, and delete the Aratta Rebirth artist page! Because now that we have the full Tigran Hamasyan discography in one place, I don't see the point of having just 1 album on another page. (And that was the reason why I created a duplicate, because I didn't know it was elsewhere...) What do you think?

^ Thanks, Julien, I waited to know whether you agree. As I understand, Admins are asked (notified).
I've made some minor changes here.

^ I would keep EP and add reissue info.
In my opinion it's not a studio album, but an EP released twice, second time with bonus tracks. Actually to do this, we have to: - turn the now 2020 studio album (because it has a review) to 2010 EP; - add 2010 info (i.e. LP/CD Woodsist WOODSIST038 (2010 US)); - ask almighty admins to delete 2010 unreviewed EP.

Mmm... what do you think, Eugene? Which one do we keep? EP or Major release?

Don't ask me how I did spot it...it's amistake that I've likely made some years ago. I added this album twice, but it's one of the about 500 albums released by Phrozenlight. Instead of deleting it I suggest waiting two or three days for the new album and update this entry. Apologies, I must have clicked twice.

^ Thanks, both done.
But I think "Da Capo" still belongs to the "studio album" category, because these are new versions (100% re-recorded) of songs from their back catalogue. More details here: https://www.backgroundmagazine.nl/CDreviews/CrossDaCapo.html I updated the page to make it clearer. By the way, why don't you use the Report Errors and Omissions Here thread instead ?

This album belongs to Boxset & Compilations as it entirely consists of rerecorded versions of songs from earlier albums. Just as the title suggests, Da Capo (over again). |
