It is outrageous because I have heard that is where Syd Barrett spent the last several years of his life. For all I know, Elvis and Jim Morrison are still living in there.

The Progressive Metal genre has transcended the classical masters of old and will be the new norm for the next millennia.

However, they would be more popular if they called themselves Yepper!.

Initially , Robert Fripp had no intention of being a guitarist. His dream was to open a hair salon on Carnaby Street. And the styling world is lessened by the loss.

If you play the Beatles backwards, you hear the Residents yodeling over Stockhausen's electronic music pieces.
If you play Deicide backwards, you hear Christmas carols (played with low-tuned guitars and blastbeating drums, but still Christmas carols).
If you play Gong backwards, you hear Magma and Christian Vander (but playing drunk).
If you play Merzbow, Torturing Nurse, Hijokaidan, Keiji Haino, Autechre, Pan Sonic together and backwards... Then it means that your CD hi-fi system is 6 CD charger. Nice.
If you play music backwards, you destroy your stylus faster than if you play music the normal way, dumbass!

It takes a certain IQ to fully comprehend the wonderful world of prog rock. People who go for modern pop music are generally uncouth creatures who need their mommies to tie their shoes.

Prog fans have a solid musical culture: they have the whole Beatles discography, the whole Rush discography, and they even know some stuff by Mozart.
Foreigner is the most underrated prog band.
