That's pretty drastic. I'm probably going to have to walk out, I bet it will be too loud for me. There was some Russian noise duo playing at Sonic Circuits, and it was too loud so I left, and afterwards I was talking about it with a guy before the next show started and he was surprised I thought it was too loud. I think he thought I was a poser. :( And then before one show I was trying to read this guy's shirt because it was  that awful black metal gibberish writing and he said "What the f**k are you looking at?" and then started laughing. I said "f**k you,  black metal sucks you c**t!" but then I didn't actually say that and just looked away.

I don't remember if you were around for it earlier this summer, but I got promoted! I get to do more work without more pay, hooray!

I love long drives. A provincial drive in canada would probably cover 5 states... 12 hours from Vancouver to Calgary....

Pretzels can be good.

Oh, a tidbit of data for Magma fans:  while we were talking with Christian outside when the picture was taken, someone asked him if he had another trilogy in him - he's already got the story done, just needs the music.  EPIC.

I could've crashed with Henry!

Taking the bus was an easy, if boring, way to avoid driving.

Well the drive would be tolerable but a lot in one day (if I didnt use hotel which would've sucked)

sh*t! DC's only like 45 min. away from where I live! I wish things like this were more well-publicized. Cry

FAIL! I knew about it and I don't even like Magma! You could still come see Fennesz and Merzbow with me, though. And, of course, Univers Zero, but I won't be going to that show so what's the point? ;-)
