I don't know if I remember him or not.  I guess that that would be pretty neat to hear a favorite band sing your name on CD.  I think that these fan-supported albums are a neat idea, but I can't personally bring myself to pay money up front for an album that hasn't been made yet.  Not really sure why but it just makes my Spidey-sense tingle I guess.

^ I'm pretty sure that Nate Wait (or something like that) was included in the names.  If you're really curious, figure out the time when it was released and search through the Flower Kings thread around that time, I'm almost certain that one of the people in there is included.

I found V a several years ago and instantly became a fan. I now have all studio releases and love them all. The new album X is incredible...I can't stop listening to it! It's had to name favorites, but Snow and Octane certainly deserve mention. I have made a few prog converts with Octane. On a side note, the same time I found V by SB, I found V by Symphony X. Both saw heavy rotation as road CDs.

I'd agree on "At the End of the Day", it's my favorite song by them, every time the bassoons(?) come in I still get goosebumps.  What a fantastic song and as you all mention, what a fantastic way to open an album.

Amusingly enough, when I first picked up the CD, I was humming the beginning one day and my wife, who hadn't heard the song at the time, looked at me and asked, "Are you singing Mandy?  By Barry Manilow?"  I was a little indignant 

On the bright side, it's gone on to become her favorite Spock's Beard song and one of the reasons that she really likes them as well.

There's a few I've not heard, but so far 'V' is my favourite. I like every track on that album. 'At the end of the day' is one of my all time favourite album openers.
