I can't imagine a music genre to suck more than greek pop music. For fun, I voted for the "Hair Band" 80's resurgence. Rarely I listen to these things.

I asked my daughter what R&B meant (obviously I knew the answer) and she replied correctlyas far as she was concerned, "Rhythm and Bass".
So that's it-R&B no longer means Rhythm and Blues, its official!

Gangsta Rap. Not because of the music, but because of the messages transmitted. They make murder look like a walk in the park...

True gangsta rap like NWA was not really about self glorification.
All they were doing was writing about what went on in the enviroment that they lived in,and what they saw on a daily basis.

Well, "gangsta rap" by it's modern definition is terrrible. I mean, if you can write about problems in your society and your environment, and do it well, then do it! But don't do it by having naked women randomly cavorting around you whilst proclaiming that you're great that you live in the environment, indirectly selling the environment to suburban white people with little to no taste in music that want to belong to a clique

No genre of music "sucks." Just because you don't like it doesn't mean other people can't find something in it to enjoy.

Any genre is capable of producing its own amount of creativity...
except for grunge rock that is. i hate grunge rock.
and i'm nto a fan of hashed out and annoying country.
these are the only two genres in the musical world i KNOW i cannot stand.
and just for the record there is some very creative rap out there...but in terms of 'gangsta' rap i dunno take it or leave it.
also i didn't vote.
but grunge sucks.

I'm a reasonable man, get off my case

That's the thing: potencial. Several genres have no one trying to be creative (some disco, punk, and grunge band attempt to be creative and succeed). Rap is all the same, except for a few novelty songs that still suck.
Remember: just because something has potencial, it still can suck huge lollipops.

Rap sucks! Rap just has no melody, very little talent involved (rhyming does take a little bit of talent - a little). I don't understand why rap is so popular. The rhythms are boring and uninnovative. Rap is boring horse sh*t.

I'd just like you all to have a look at my signature. What is good and
what sucks the most depends on who you ask. Hence, there can't really
be one type of music that is the worst one. Just try to accept
everything, even rap.
