I feel like a failure ... I should have thought of these but there are some that y'all have named i didn't know about.
I would never cheat in a relationship...
That would require TWO people finding me attractive.
..I can barely find one.

Coldplay (Beautiful and intricate pop rock)
At Sea (Indie prog that delves into the very depths of the human soul)
A Major Award (Half energetic, up-tempo pop rock, half uplifting ballads)

I like older Kings Of Leon and The Black Keys but I can't think of much more non-PA stuff. This is the only song I have heard from this band but it has been one of my favs of the past few years:

Kings of Leon (not the newest album but)
Birds of Tokyo
Verdena

Sorry haha I mean like out there as in well-known any kind of sound is good

Well thank God for that. Sometimes my outdated slang backfires. LOL

I listen to a bit of modern rock, but most of it washes over me as "stuff I've heard before". Of the Top-40 bands Biffy Clyro, 30 Seconds to Mars and My Chemical Romance can produce albums that interest me, as does Muse of course. My current favourite non-prog rock band would be The Eden House.
What?

Lesse:
-The Decemberists
-Toad the Wet Sprocket
-Eels
-Mumford & Sons

I know there are more, but I can't think of any...

Wait, is this including modern prog bands or just non-prog?
Play me my song...

I really like Kings of Leon sometimes. I honestly don't know much modern rock even though I'm in college and surrounded by it every day.

Most of the rock I listen to is stuff from the '90s - Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, etc.
