I've never heard Brian Setzer... Always thought he was like a country-style singer/songwriter. Guess I have to check him out.

Malmsteen is the high priest of shred. But Satriani, Vai and Petrucci are dam good as well.

Hmm, in that list I think Satriani, Petrucci and Vai are the best.
Herman Li, the Dragonforce guitarist is also a great shredder.

Hi.
Just wanted to know wich guitarist you think is the greatest shedder of
all time. Might not be prog-related, but I found no other suitable
place to post this. I voted for Jason Becker. What he did at his age
beefore he got sick is just unbeliveable.
