After I had realised that I had forgotten an album and therefore it wasn't a proper "top 150" anymore, I decided to extend my list top 200 and make a few tiny corrections in the top 150 on the fly. This is meant to replace the previous list.

Reading this and your other posts led me to go and track down the thread in question, which is justin4950834-2's thread here. I was looking for any lists that might be applicable here, of which there's only a couple, since most of those are unranked- those by justin4950834-2floflo79, maybe miamiscot and iluvmarillion, would be good to add (and micky and rushfan4 have already reposted their lists here)- I'll probably just go ahead and add them, but do pipe up if you see this.

The Dark Elf and LearsFool also had some great unranked lists over there, it'd be great to see some lists in the future from you guys if you come past here!

No you're not.

Uh, it seems that after chucking about half the lists into Excel, I looked for the number of Frances entries there, forgetting that I hadn't actually entered all the current lists... right you are. My point still stands, lurking Volta fans.

I like the album but it doesn't make my top 200, there are a lot of great albums I reach for often that aren't in my top 15%.

I didn't dare to hope this band would appear before I post my list.
My predilection for the Comsat's is no secret here.

I love that there is so much punk/goth rock, especially since most dismiss it as being the death of prog.
Music I like is music I like regardless of genre.

What?

No live albums buddyWink (oh and why is Ummagumma listed twice? The cactus that often goes with it has finally made you loopyTongue)

Ummagumma is not a live album, it is a studio album, including tracks preformed in front of an audience, just like "Robert Palmers - Maby it is Live"

Even the most respected Progressive Site (something called ProgArchives) note :
Studio Album, released in 1969

^Yeah, there were several live albums that I would have loved to include but couldn't; with PoS's 12:5, In the Woods.... Liveatthecaledonianhall and The Gathering's Sleepy Buildings being the most notable absenses, the first 2 might even have been top 10 for me.

Thanks, 10 years on this sight has certainly seen me exposed to an enormous variety of music and every one of those albums I listed I'd rate 4.5 or higher.
Spending more than I should on Prog since 2005
