Thanks, Bartek.
I propose to put both CD1 and CD2 in ROBIN TAYLOR discography. I have no better idea.

Thanks, Evgeny. Smile

I've sent a message to Olav through FB.

And here's what he replied:

Quote
Made me tear some more of my hair out this one, in terms of how to correctly place it in the database. This entity is sold in one package. Half of the material is Robin Taylor's solo work, the other half consist of material from Taylor's Free Universe. Just about 50/50, and as such a very split release. The package itself consists of two individual discs, one 3 inch CD each in it's own cardboard cover. One CD with the Robin tunes, one with the Taylor's Free Universe efforts. To my knowledge there is yet to find a good way to add such a release to the database, and while the V/A section might be a possibility for me it feels wrong to hide it away in there as well. By preference I would have preferred the manner they use for such efforts at RYM - to create a separate artist listing for this release - but as far as I know that isn't a possibility at PA yet.

As I see it chucking it away under either Taylor or TFU wouldn't be correct, V/A section doesn't seem right either, and when I ran out of suitable options I was creative instead - and used the comments field to explain matters.

If there are better ways to include such a split release feel free to alter it by any means. I'm no longer involved in PA and as such won't be held accountable for what you decide to do with this one anyhow ;-)

Best wishes, Olav

^ Actually, yes, I created myself a FB account not long ago. And, yes, Olav replied positively on my request to have him added as my friend. But I'm not a member of the E&O Team any more. Wink

Olav will not be returning to PA anytime soon. Maybe someone from the E&O has him as a friend on Facebook? Snowie or Bartek have FB accounts as far as I remember.

Yes. In fact I need to get back to him to sort it. Thanks for the reminder. Can you remind me what again?

There are doubles of Legend, Unrest and Western Culture, but they've remained undeleted as they all have several reviews/ratings.  I don't know if they've all been copied over or not (I know a lot of the reviews have), and I think that was the problem with deletion.

M@X will delete them as soon as I reply to him.  Do you know what reviews have been replicated?

I don't, but I can take a look later tonight - I'll PM you a list once I've checked them out.

Not too many sources, but it looks like one two-CDs set:

http://billsprogblog.blogspot.com/2010/08/new-double-mini-cd-set-two-pack-by.html

and even release's name is Two-Pack.....

I wonder how this could have happened...

Better ask Windhawk about it.

We have same release on the front page, added under two different artists (what means same album added two times). Is it OK?

Seems like they are two versions of the same material.

Yes I would say so.

Let me clear this up because I was physically there at that time. Yes, my zimmer frame do have a tea cup holder.

The demo was released by themselves. The '7 was released by Wild Rags among others.

Same material, different releases and different formats (tape vs vinyl). Welcome to the 1990s.

So one needs to be deleted. Ok will get on to it later if no one else does.

First we need to ask UMUR to remove his review of the EP and then we can use the entry Snobb-like.

Ah! I didn't notice the attached review. Ok.
