I'm still surprised at how much the Star Wars prequels are hated... HATED. I think they're fantastic and taken as a whole, the saga is easily one of the finest.

How could you discuss epic movies and not list anything from the Star Wars or LOTR series?  Anyway, Revenge of the Sith is my all-time favorite movie, epic or otherwise.   Another great epic movie not on the list is Excalibur.

If I have listed Star Wars or LOTR the main discussion would be about them and all other movies would fall in oblivion.

Excalibur is great but I forget to mention it , that is why the poll have that other buttonWink
