That's all normal Well, was a good effort but the Lions just aren't there yet. Pretty much reliant on Stafford to Johnson... man, it's amazing they keep it up as well as they do! Gotta get that D in shape, run the ball better, or get Matt some more weapons. MNF will hopefully be a great game. Go Texans! Beat the Pats!

Ugh, this is devastating. Always is. I hate watching my team lose. There's always this empty, depressing feeling in my gut when they lose, and it's way worse when it's to the Packers. HATE that team.

Ahhhh that's different. I was gunna say, how does a Californian like the Lions?? Regardless the North I get. We usually don't like our division rivals Well, looks like the Packers ability to run the ball better is what won em this game. Go figure

I grew up in Montana where there really is no affiliation and I always loved watching Barry Sanders on Sundays. I kind of just started liking the Lions at an early age and it's been all down hill since then. I love them so much that I hate them most of the time, along with the rest of the North.

This is awesome. I love when the paper says it should be a shootout and
it's not. A cold, snowy, windy running focused game between the Lions and Pack ?
Awwwww yeah

Why on Earth do you like the Lions anyway? I know a lot of SoCal residents have no team so either go Chargers, or Rams but Lions?? Wait Sacramento?? The Nines aren't very far from you dude Rodgers IS very smug, even arrogant, but eh...if that's his only knock big whoop. He's the best QB anyway. This has been a fun game. Cmon Lions!

At least the giants pulled it out and good to see the chargers get a win. Go Lions!

No, it's one I've invented. I do prefer Easy E. I know what you mean, that's why I need Green Bay to lose! It'd be great if we can get #3 seed, and play da bears and their crap o line in the playoffs

As much as I respect the Colts, I wanted them to lose that game so badly. That's another playoff spot we could be fighting for! Is that really a new nickname for Eli? I haven't heard that one yet. But if it is, I'm going to have to root against him now, you know that right?

I hope...if we make the post season its proven they can beat the Niners and Packers. I've decided I like the new nick name Eli "The Fed" Manning. Because he keeps bailing us out and will bend you over. Also don't even think of messing with him Congrats to Andrew Luck. Another ugly game but another comeback, doing enough to win. Kid gon be special

Yeah, the Cards' O-line is absolutely pitiful. I only briefly looked at the stats of that game, but I think the Seahawks had 7 sacks against Skelton. They're going to have to target that heavily in the offseason and draft if they want to have any chance of competing against SF and Seattle.
And yeah, I still expect the Giants to win the NFC East, despite their usual roller-coaster regular season.

Oh G men...you choke against the deadskins and then beat up the Saints Well the last 3 games are all winnable and honestly none of the teams scare me, even the Falcons. Eli is back, long as we got him we have a chance. Hey guys, remember after week 4 when everyone thought the Cardinals were legit? Let's go Lions! Keep all potential foes away!

Like I said, the other 2 are more legit and I see why they are popular. Hell, even I like the Packers and Stillers, kinda, but still...it is odd how hidden they remain, until they come to NJ. I mean, where are these Pitt and Green Bay fans when they win other games? I barely see any...but yeah Dallas is the worst. Pure glitz and $$ all the gangstas and guidos love the Cowboys I think it's mainly the success and smashmouth aspect. I can't believe that many Pittburgers moved outside the Northeast/Rust Belt.

Anyone here think I could run a touchdown against the NO defense?
Congrats Giants. Big game for you.

Either way, this is a damn exciting game!
Gotta hand it to the Giants and their punt returns.

Oh yeah it's not even that they travel...just they are popular teams so
they have phony fans all over the US. When they arrive in NJ all these
Cowboys/Steeler/Packer fans just sprout up like magic...I sure never
hear a peep from them other weeks. Though I do know people that are legit Stiller and Packer fans here...cowgirls though are different. They literally explode all over NJ when they win a game and fall quite silent otherwise

Agreed, it was a nice pick Rob. Eli the worst time to ever throw an INT. See what I was saying Rob? Most people would feel good when their team is doing so well, I knew the G men couldn't be trusted
