Cheers for a bit of feedback, must say I do find myself alot more drawn to the 70s stuff, seems so much more daring and expansive.

There's room for expanding, but it's a very good start

check out the reviews of the bands and albums you know, that's the best way to search for new bands (find out which reviewer approaches your taste the best), and check out the recommended bands and albums on there.

Welcome aboard, another young impressionable mind we can mould and set free to be a true progger (remember Dream theater are not prog, stay away from progressive metal, focus entirely on 70's prog, and you'll be a valluable member)
