   This is supposedly a true story:

A Norwegian in a taxi in London «Do you take VISA? I'm black, you see.» 
When he noticed the driver was black he tried to correct his error by 
saying, «You see, in Norway we call poor people black.»...

Broke in Norwegian = Blakk
